How to Order

Thank you for visiting!  Please note:

1) Sizes (cm) and weights (g) are all approximate.  Size is usually measured at the widest point.  

Conversion: 1cm=0.4", 1"=2.5cm; 1g=0.0357oz, 1oz=28g

2) The pictures do not show the exact colors.  Although I strive to do my best describing each merchandise accurately, if you are a perfectionist (as I used to be), please ask questions before placing an order.  All questions are welcome!

3) Many smaller items are shown in groups.  These are samples of a larger inventory, which means that what you will receive may or may not be the ones in the pictures.  Please see each representative picture to know what to expect.  Those are samples that represent a whole well.  Please know that anything that does not meet Crystal Child's standard has been eliminated prior to sales.

4) Would you like Crystal Child to be your personal shopper?  If you are not quite comfortable to shop with representative pictures, we'll be glad to help.  Just  mention this in your order form.  Please add $10.00 for the first piece/set, and $3.00 for each additional piece/set to be hand-selected for the size/shape/color you would like. Upon request, we will send you pictures of the selected items.

Placing an Order:

1) Please use the order form.  Type in the promotional code if any.  You may also list substitutes if you would like.  (Substitutes will be shipped only when your first choice is out of stock.)     Sorry, no stock piles are allowed.  Once placed, orders may not be canceled or altered later.  Additional items will be treated as a new, separate order.

2) An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail within two business days.

  Making Payment:

1) Payments must be made in U.S. funds within seven days from the date of the invoice.  Please make a single payment for each order.  Orders with payments overdue may be cancelled without notice.

2) PayPal, money order, cashiers checks, personal checks payable to Crystal Child are all accepted.  Please note that personal checks have to clear prior to shipping, and it may take over a week.  Please use crystalchild@att.net for your PayPal payment, or send your payment to:  Crystal Child, 3607 W. 3) Arizona residents please add 6.1% sales tax to the merchandise total (excluding the shipping/handling charge).

Shipping Information:

Merchandise is shipped twice a week via United States Postal Service.

Shipping and handling fee to a U.S. address:
Jewelry only: $2.00
Tumbled stones with or without Jewelry: $5.00
The rest (regardless of size or weight): $10.00

Shipping and handling fee to an international address:
The actual postage + $3.00 handling fee

Insurance is optional.  Each item will be carefully wrapped and packed, but once shipped, we will have no control over how packages will be handled.  Please note that Crystal Child will not be held responsible for the delay, damage, and/or loss of packages.
